Using a variety of potato which is recognised as the best in the Netherlands, Chip’d follow a ‘Chip, Flip, Dip’ cooking process. Every portion of chips is made to order using fresh potatoes that are chipped by hand. Once perfectly fried, they are flipped in sea salt.
